Message	man there is so much difference in the operation of the various stores. The manager at the store I visited today did not want to allow substitution of the Bosch filter. I explained that I've been to three other stores and was allowed a substitution without a problem. She pointed out that the coupon says "no substitutions", to which I let her know there is no application for the 300ZX, so "How can I take advantage of the coupon?".
